WALKING HOLIDAYS

Situated in the middle of rural France, the department of the Creuse has a network of footpaths known locally as 'chemins'.These footpaths cross its beautiful unspoilt rolling countryside, passing by forests, rivers, lakes and picturesque French villages. One of these 'chemins' starts right at our front door, so there is never any need to get into a car!

The Creuse is situated just north of the Massive Central with its chain of volcanic mountains, providing skiing in the winter months and great walking in the summer.

We have a selection of maps available for your use, with walks of differing degrees of difficulty and distance. 

Hospitality

At Pellevoisin we offer all inclusive walking holidays or self catering walking holidays, where accommodation is provided in our gite. With our all inclusive holidays three meals a day are provided using wherever possible our home grown organic produce. We can accommodate up to six/eight people, four in the gite (one double and two single beds) and two in the main house, which has a seperate entrance, an ensuite toilet and private bathroom (one double and two single beds).

Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants from the local bakery. Lunch is sometimes served in the farmhouse kitchen or as a tasty picnic to enjoy on your walk.  A three course meal, including wine is provided every evening after your hard days walking!
